Charlotte shaves off all her hair for the charity Papyrus!

8 months ago By Maidenhead Hockey Club

Charlotte Lomas from the Ladies 4s has shaved off all her hair to raise money and awareness for the Charity Papyrus.

“Let's save some lives!” Charlotte Lomas

On Saturday 25th March Charlotte shaved off her hair for the charity Papyrus to raise awareness about suicide. On the sunny afternoon, with lots of support at the Clubhouse, Charlotte had her hair shaved off raising over £1500 for her charity.

Please support Charlotte by visiting her JustGiving page and donating to a very worthy cause.

Her hair will now be donated to the Little Princess Trust.

Suicide is the biggest killer of young people - male and female - under 35 in the UK. In 2015, 1,659 young people took their own lives. That equates to over four per day - Papyrus.

For more information on what Papyrus does please visit their website https://www.papyrus-uk.org
