Another Brilliant HockeyFest

3 months ago By Maidenhead Hockey Club

Fun and games in the sunshine at our annual Hockey Festival

“HockeyFest gives us an opportunity to celebrate the sport we love and share it with a wider audience.” Dave Taylor, MHC Chairman

After a brilliant World Cup held in London this summer we continued the excitement with our HockeyFest on Saturday 1st September at Altwood.

There were small sided games, skills challenges and fun trials.

From our youngest player

To our adults

Our coaches were on hand to help.

And our cake stand provided refreshments and all the proceeds go to our U18 International Easter Tour.

"It was the best day! said one of our colt participants.

"Just wanted to say a big thank you, what a great afternoon!! My son played for 3 hors having never touched a hockey ball! Such friendly people - thank you!"

Click here to see all the photos from the day.

We'd like to say a big thank you to our club sponsors for supporting us.
