Ladies 3’s/3A’s/4’s/New Members Training

Thursday 7pm-8.30pm Altwood School, Waterbased Astro

This session is run in 2 sections with a dedicated coach for each. U14 colts are welcome to attend this session.

Ladies 1’s and Ladies 2’s

Thursday 8.30-10.00pm Altwood School, Waterbased Astro

Each team runs its own training session with their own coach. Guest coaches invited for specific training drills.
