Maidenhead Ladies 1st team is looking for a new coach for 2018/19 season
It’s an exciting time for Maidenhead’s ladies 1st team. We are interested in hearing from all coaches (or player/coaches) that are up for a challenge and are keen to match our ambitions to get back into the National League.
You’ll need to be willing to work alongside our second team coach, GB and England mens’ captain Phil Roper, to ensure we are recognising and spotting talent to push both squads forward to achieve success. You’ll be focused on the overall vision and understand the tactics, gameplay, fitness and flair to get us there. Oh and you’ll probably have suitable qualifications or experience to boot. You’ll also need a sense of humour (to counteract the bad jokes from the squad) and if you also happen to inspire and have a bit of an edge, well that would be pretty great too.
The bad news? You’ll have to spend some time with the squad. These girls need some training and they like to see your face on match days. However we do have pretty awesome teas, we’re always happy to buy you a beer (or fizzy water if you prefer) and have a very sociable and friendly clubhouse which is always buzzing and full of fun!
Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
