Maidenhead are looking for an ambitious coach who can lead the ladies 1st X1 team in the 2019/20 season and beyond. The coach must be driven and have the desire to learn and develop alongside the team as well as work within the Clubs ethos.

Maidenhead Hockey Club is a well-established club within the South West with 5 ladies teams playing every Saturday across regional and county leagues as well as a well-supported and constantly growing junior section and ladies’ masters. As a section, the club is dedicated to offering a high quality of coaching, with an emphasis on player and team development. There is an emphasis on giving players a clear pathway in how to improve, and we would want our new coach to continue the development of some exciting home-grown talent as part of the role, bringing on and developing our young players through driving a fun element in his/ her approach to sessions delivered with a sense of humour!
