The EH Player Survey for 2016 is now open and provides players around the country the chance to feedback on the all aspects of hockey relating to thier own club and England Hockey.

This is great opportunity for you to have your say about how we can improve Maidenhead Hockey Club and for us and EH to gather invaluable feedback and insight on your experience of training, coaching, playing, supporting and socialising as part of the hockey family.

A detailed report containing all player responses will be produced for each club who encourage more than 8 of their players to respond, so please take the time to complete the survey. You will also be entered into a prize draw where you could win one of five pairs of tickets to the Hockey Champions Trophy which is taking place at Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre in June 2016 or one of five £50 Barrington Sports Vouchers.
