It is with great sadness that I have to advise you that Raj passed away yesterday,
Friday 9 th February, following a long illness, bravely borne.

The funeral is to take place at Amersham Crematorium next Friday 16 th February at
16:45. There will be a celebration of Raj’s life at the Club, following the ceremony.

Raj was a passionate player and always put his all into every game. Even after he
had to give up playing he was an ardent supporter, to be seen at Altwood on most
Saturdays.
He was a charming man with forthright views and he will be sorely missed by all who
knew him.
Our thoughts are with his family at this sad time.
