I look forward to seeing you early in 2010 and to meeting the challenges that we will face in the New Year!
Please remember, as we journey through the Festive Season, some notable events not to be missed.
- Christmas Eve - the Club will be open for festive drinks from 3 pm. until early evening.
Burns Supper 23rd January
Burns Suppers have been part of Scottish culture for about 200 years as a means of commemorating his life. The ritual was started by close friends of Burns a few years after his death in 1796 as a tribute to his memory. We will be holding a Black tie, 3 course dinner and ceilidh at the Clubhouse on 23rd January to join in with this tradition. Tickets will be available behind the bar and at training from early January. For those of you unfamiliar with the traditions of a Burns Night Supper there is some more information below.

Ladies 1st XI need your support
You may be aware that the Ladies 1st XI currently sit in 3rd place in South Division two, 1 point behind Teddington and 3 points behind the leaders, Guildford. This coming weekend they're playing Teddington and this is therefore a "big" home game for the girls.
The game starts at Midday at Altwood and the team would really appreciate your support.
