Ladies 2's vs Newbury & Thatcham 1's

The promoted ladies 2s were buzzing to start their first game in their new league .

It was a very even game with both teams having great attacking opportunities. Maidenhead structure improved and with the attackers staying high and sonme good linking passes. Maidenhead scored. 1-0 . Yes. Newbury and Thatcham were coming in strong and got a goal back 1-1. Maidenhead trying there best to keep high and wide again payed off as they got another goal. 2-1 to Maidenhead.

The last 15mins was a defensive struggle Newbury were coming in strong and were constantly attacking , Grace GK doing some outstanding saves and really kept us in it .
