On a very wet, windy morning the Ladies 4s arrived at Sonning to continue their run of good form and, giving the opposition no time to settle Shreya opened the scoring in the first 5 minutes with a well taken 1v 1 with the GK.
Maidenhead went from from strength to strength with a well placed strike from the first short corner Caitlin doubled the score and 5 minutes later she made it 3 with another straight strike giving the GK no chance. Passing continued to be strength throughout the rest of the half finding players in space and forcing Sonning to stay camped in their defensive half.
Maidenhead hoped to increase the pressure in the 2nd half but were unable to add any further goals but with some excellent defensive work particularly from Charlotte in goal we kept Sonning from scoring and finished with a comfortable 3-0 win and a very well deserved 3points.
