Ladies 4's vs Marlow 5's

The match began with several unsuccessful shots at the goal by Marlow, thankfully our defence was strong and we had an excellent goalie (thanks Charlotte). Despite both teams getting into the D, no goals were scored yet. We continued to move the ball up the pitch, but Marlow continued to get it back and late into the first half, Marlow scored.

After a pep talk and a quick break, we hit back hard. We were much more successful with keeping possession in our half this time. Unfortunately, Marlow got it past us again with their quick passing down the pitch and they managed to score their second goal. Not put off by the score we continued to play well, with good possession, a short corner and several more unsuccessful shots at goal. Despite our excellent second half, no goals were scored leaving a final score of 2-0 to Marlow.
