U12G's TVM

So despite most games of hockey having to be cancelled this weekend and our squad not having many players available, we managed to bring together 8 girls to play in the Henley U12G's TVM this morning and WOW what a squad they were.

We played 4 games and won 3 and drew 1 against Marlow (1s) and (2s), Henley (2's) and A&C.

The Coaches Helen and Hollie were so pleased to see how the squad played as a team - we had a strong defence with Edie as GK, Isabella, Izzy and Abbie, a quick mid field of Tiana, Tilly and Megan and our super high forward Amy.

Every single player owned their roles - our strong defence moving the ball out wide and long passes up the line to be picked up by the mid field and that was rewarded with some great goals scored by Amy, Megan and Tilly and some amazing chances from Tiana too.

Congratulations girls - now lets continue that great play for our tournaments in the New Year.
