Not the best of results

This match was tough to watch!

Phoenix and Ranelagh certainly show great determination to earn promotion after their relegation into this division! They showed great skills and incredible coverage of the pitch - like a swarm of orange and black bees they seemed to be everywhere!

Sadly their strike force was faster and stronger than our defence...making it into our D too many times, in a 2 v 1 against our GK. Luckily he is resilient and sees the peppering he receives as "all good practice". Despite the 10 goals that got past him, there were at least another 15 that he successfully managed to keep out.

The team worked hard in the face of a strong and fit team who have trained together as a team for a lot longer than half a season.
