Throughout the season there are numerous opportunities for members of Maidenhead Hockey Club to be photographed / videoed for coaching feedback purposes. Photographs and video footage taken by the Club will only be used for coaching feedback purposes, the promotion of Maidenhead Hockey Club, the publication in match reports and team photographs to be displayed in the clubhouse.
We require that all filming and still shot photography be captured and used in accordance with England Hockey’s Child Welfare Guide. Whilst every attempt is made to identify camera operators at training sessions, matches and tournaments, the Club cannot guarantee the identification of camera operators or the use of material taken. If you wish to take photographs of your own child please identify yourself to the coach in charge of the session.
Maidenhead Hockey Club recognises the need to ensure the welfare and safety of all young people in hockey. As part of our commitment to ensure the safety of young people the Club will not take or use photographs or video footage of young people without the consent of the parents and the young person.
