Commonwealth Games Semi Finals

We hope that you have all been inspired by a great week of sport being showcased at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

The hockey is taking place at the University of Birmingham Hockey and Squash Centre and tonight we see our England Ladies in the semi final against New Zealand - 6pm.

On Saturday England Men's are in their semi final against Australia - 6pm.
