Huge congratulations to Ellie and Shona on coming home with the gold medal today and for taking time out of their celebrations to catch up with their Maidenhead Hockey Club family.

Their Commonwealth journey has been amazing to watch and truly inspirational and has given the England Ladies a gold medal which has alluded the team for 24 years. Australia had won both previous meetings between the two nations so this win makes this all the more sweeter.
