Open to all - these sessions are a great opportunity to come a try out a new skill, brush up on your existing skills and get some time on the pitch. Non members and those that have yet to play hockey are absolutely welcome.

We have sticks available, so please just come down with shin pads, gum shield, suitable clothing including astros for our pitch and plenty of water and enthusiasm.

Timing -
9.45am registration
10am to 11.30am session.
