Saturday saw the beginning of the league for the Ladies 5's with us playing away at Slough Hockey Club.

The weather was absolutely scorching and so was the hockey on the pitch. Our team put on a brilliant performance to the start the season with a 8-0 win.

What was truly amazing was the spread of goal scorers in our game - well done to Laura, Maisie, Jude, Tilly S and Kim.

Thanks to Slough Ladies for hosting us - they played so well and had a number of new back to hockey players and younger colts on the pitch. The score did not reflect the level of hockey on the pitch. We looking forward to seeing them later in the season.
